Smith and Knight Property Consultants is owned and run by Nigel Smith BSc FRICS ACIArb MFPWS Registered Valuer. Nigel has 42 years experience in property, is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and an associate of the Royal Institute of Chartered Arbitrators, a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and a Registered Valuer. He has been a qualified Chartered Surveyor since March 1987 and was made a Fellow in 2002. He is a an established Expert Witness in Court on specialist property matters. He has taken many graduates through the requirements to become Chartered surveyors. Nigel controls a small active team of surveyors and experienced administration staff.
Smith and Knight is an independent practice which is regulated by the RICS. There is professional indemnity insurance in place to the required level.
Smith and Knight obtain the majority of work from word of mouth. Recommendations mainly come via long lasting retained clients, fellow chartered surveyors, solicitors and other professionals.

Our head office is based at 14 Roehampton High St, London SW15 4HJ and we cover London and the home counties. Our 2nd office is based at, 5 the Mews, Riverside, Tenbury Wells, Worcestershire WR15 8DX and we cover the Midlands, South West England and the Welsh borders. We provide advice over a wide range of specialist property matters to the highest possible standards from start to finish.
